2020/2021 Campaign Chair

Jason Johnson, Vice President and Loan Officer of RCB Bank, will serve as United Way campaign chair for the upcoming 2020/2021 campaign.

Jason was born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma. After graduating from high school he attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree.  He spent time in Kansas, Stillwater and Tulsa before settling back in Ponca City 21 years ago to be close to family.

Jason has been in banking and finance for the last 23 years. During his career he has held multiple positions including personal banker, loan officer, branch manager, and Vice President.  His present position as Vice President and Loan Officer of RCB Bank has allowed him to focus on making a difference in the community and individuals that he serves. RCB has a history of community involvement and is right in line with my values of being there for its community in every way possible, says Jason.  Jason has volunteered for many boards through the years.  Some of which include the United Way of Ponca City, Ponca City Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity,  and Supported Community Lifestyles to name a few.

His family ties to the community run deep as his wife Tonya is fourth generation in Ponca.  Jason and Tonya will have been married 25 years this year, and have 5 children. (Bailey, Blake, Madux, Carter, and Bella) The kids keep us grounded in life and the community, it’s never quiet or dull at the Johnson house and we wouldn’t have it any other way, says Jason.

Will you join United Way’s long history of supporting local partner agencies? The support needed has never been greater as we have all faced the challenges of the pandemic. The volunteers never cease to amaze us, and the giving nature of Ponca City businesses and individuals is unrivaled.  When we unite together we are able to help the most vulnerable individuals, children, and families in our community.  Your contribution allows you to become part of the solution to complex issues through the continuation of vital health and human service programs. When you give to United Way of Ponca City the gift stays right here- helping to improve, transform and even save lives.
